Marion B. Stokes
Marion Stokes heads SLC's Creditor Rights & Commercial Law practice group. Mr. Stokes primarily represents creditors in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Stokes also represents clients in the administration of estates. He has been with SLC since its formation in 1972. Mr. Stokes served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves from 1967-1968 and the U.S. Navy Reserves from 1968-1972.
