Richard J. Joseph
Richard Joseph heads SLC's Bankruptcy Law and Appellate Practice sections. Mr. Joseph has extensive experience in the litigation and dispute resolution of commercial and general business matters. His practice focuses primarily on representing creditors in bankruptcy matters and state civil litigation and appeals, involving collections, the Uniform Commercial Code, secured lending, and contract actions. Richard has been recognized by Georgia Trend magazine as one of "Georgia's Legal Elite: The State's Most Effective Lawyers" in the area of bankruptcy law (2008).
