Wayne H. Lazarus
Wayne H. Lazarus heads SLC's business law, franchise, and technology practice groups. Mr. Lazarus practices primarily in the representation of businesses in their transactional needs. Mr. Lazarus was appointed to the Georgia Technology Authority as a Director from 2000-2002. He has served as legal advisor for the Asian-American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia and was a past president of the Southeast Korean-U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Lazarus is the co-author of a treatise, The Seller's Credit Guide, commonly referred to as the bible to the credit industry. Mr. Lazarus has been with SLC since its formation in 1972.
